Regulations: Composition

  1. The competition is open to all composers of both genders and any nationality and has no age limit. The number of compositions who will be accepted and evaluated is limited. The applications will be accepted in order of their dates of receipt.

  2. No specific diplomas are necessary; each and every candidate will be assessed with regard to his/her effective quality as composer.

  3. Every candidate must send in three copies of the full score, accompanied by an auto-certification stating the artistic property of the composition and declaring that it has never been performed before. Maximum instrumentation: strings, 2 flutes, 2 oboes, 2 clarinets, 2 bassoons, 4 horns, 2 trumpets, percussion and harp. Max. duration: 15-20 minutes.

  4. Applications, completed online through the section on the site, must be received no later than 10 November 2022.

  5. The Jury will consist of artistic composers, conductors, musicians, music critics and other personalities from the international music scene. Each member of the jury will put in writing any relationship they might have with the candidates.

  6. The verdict of the jury is final and irrevocable.

  7. All Finalists will receive an Honorary Diploma and a special souvenir.
